Trouble Receiving Your Verification Code?

If you're having trouble locating your verification code, here are a few possible reasons and steps to help resolve the issue:

  1. It might be in your spam or junk folder: Email providers sometimes misclassify activation messages as spam. Be sure to check those folders for an email titled “Email Verification from Xebar.”
  2. You may have entered the wrong email during sign-up: Confirm that the email address you used to sign up is the one you're currently checking.
  3. Not sure which email you used? Try creating a new account with the email address you believe you used.
  4. Accounts not activated within 30 days are automatically canceled: After that, the email becomes available again. You can try signing up once more with the correct details.
  5. If the system says an account already exists, then your original email is correct—just give it a little more time and check again.
  6. If you're able to create a new account, it means the original email likely had a typo. In that case, check for an activation email for the newly created account.
